For several months now, South-East Airsofters Club has been operating their site, SEACOM, in Wexford. They are one of the many examples of passionate Airsofters that build up their sites and presences from pure love of the sport. This is very clear when you visit their site. The members have an impressive site at their location in Wexford, and are dedicated to continually improving it. The woodland site is on a mountain side, and comprises 11 acres of woodland, with plenty of cover, both natural and constructed of natural materials. You can see their website and forums at http://www.sea-c.net/

We’re delighted to see more and more quality venues signing up to our voluntary code of conduct, and becoming IAA affiliates. We rely on the support of our affiliates, and their feedback, to set a direction for how we do things. We’ve got more and more affiliates coming on board over the coming weeks, and this will only improve Airsoft’s reputation as being a sport with a responsible and effective system of self-governance.

Eastern European Warfare - Event 26/07/2009

Eastern European Warfare is about Western and Eastern Forces. West dont want any country in East to have nuclear power, they sending troops to border with Ukraine and Belorus to stop Belorus troops from extracting Uranium from Chernobyl Factory and transporting to Nuclear Missle base.

Special Forces from Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Rep. and Poland are joining the fight to support Eastern Forces.

Objectives

Eastern Forces are planing to take the last supplies of Uranium to the Nuclear Missle Base, and load the rockets based there, if Western Forces not stop advancing at them they will launch the rockets at the main cites in the west.

Eastern Forces are facing lots of problems, opposing forces kindnaped chemist professor (one out of four people in the world that can make nuclear missles/atom bomb), they have to be quick beacuse the chemist can break and tell the opposing forces where are checkpoints of Uranium are. (Uranium is very unstable material and it need 5 min to be back stable when transporting)
Western Forces will try to take some informations from the hostage but they will face the problem of launge diffrence.

Even if Eastern Forces make they wise to Nuclear Missle Base they still have to free hostage form Weastern Hostage Camp, other way they would not be able to arm the missles.

After they transport and rescue hostage they have to defend the Nuclear Missle Base for [idk yet] h.

Uranium Information

Uranium will be stored and transported in special barells, only enginers can transport it. They are skilled to transport Uranium.

Eastern Forces will have to be carefull transporting uranium, any bullet can make ground radioactive for next ten years.

Operation Summer Breeze: June 6th 2009 SEACOM

 Classified: EYES ONLY
The country of San Milagro have for years enjoyed the fruits of the natural resources available to them. Oil companies stationed off the coast have been paying handsomely for the pleasure of drilling , mining companies have paid for mineral rights. for 20 years San Milagro has been the envy of the entire South American continent , thriving education and health services have lead to happiness and contentment among the people.

In the last 3 years however a new government has risen to power.the corrupt general Manuel Salazar has decided that the wealth pouring into the government from oil and minerals would be better spent on his army, in the hopes of overthrowing neighbouring goverments. gathering a force taken from the pro Salazar government troops he has taken control of the mines and drilling sites in the name of his government.
The oil companies have gotten wind of this and have quietly placed private security companies on all sensitive rigs and installations. Mining companies have asked for support from pro democracy governments as well as Companies such as Greenriver Security. the private security forces are heavily armed and answer only to their paymasters. From the sidelines the neighbouring countries watch in horror , powerless to act or retaliate to hostile actions.

A multinational Intelligence organisation previously unknown and still unnamed has been running a lone operator in the area providing HUMINT (human intelligence) and daily SITREPs to friendly forces for the last month. As this operator is currently operating alone and unsupported, Analysts have decided that this is the time to act, as the asset's operational integrity may already be comprimised.

The 13th Airborne Regiment, 73rd Infantry has been tasked with HALO dropping into the AO, making contact with the operator on the ground, and assertaining the mission profiles. A list of objectives will be given upon examination of INTEL.

Salazar is known to have a highly motivated, well armed, and well trained force at his command. He is also know to have heavy artillery emplacements startegically placed throughout the Area of Operation, and there have been uncomfirmed sightings of mobile SAM sites in the area.

This mission is of the highest priority and is considered to be extremely hazardous.

  End of Brief.

A MESSAGE FROM THE S.E.A.C. CHAIRPERSON! PDF Print E-mail

Welcome to the virtual home of the SEAC, South East Airsofters Club!!

Whereas you will usually find us in our mountain woodland battleground, SEACOM, on White Mountain, Co. Wexford, if you’re online, this is where you’ll find us!! We also have a great forum, just sign up via the menu bar on the left and get answers to all your questions about Airsoft and the Club itself.

So who are we and what are we about?

SEAC is a club that is fully owned and run by its membership. We are based in the South East and have an excellent 11 acre dense woodland site that too is run and Marshalled by the club members.

We are not a commercial entity and everything that we do is geared up to provide a great outlet in a safe and legal way to all ye Airsofters out there in the South East and beyond, whether ye are members of SEAC or just friends wanting to come along and have a great Airsoft experience.

Our site is as realistic as it gets! No piles of tires and pallets to be seen, just a vast array of bunkers, emplacements and firing positions that suit the long range lovers or those of you who like to get up close and personal with your enemy!!

It’s so big that we have 5 separate game zones, and for the bigger games we use 2 or more zones, sometimes even the whole 11 acres!! Try finding a well dug in Sniper in that!!!

So sit back in that chair and check out our website. If you like what you see……then get your rear end out of the chair, gear up and head to SEACOM!! We’ll be waiting!!!

Hoooah!

Duncannon Millitary Show PDF Print E-mail

We have a major change to the programme for the 30th and 31st May.

As some of you may be aware, these 2 days are the dates for the Duncannon Military Festival. And thanks to our great Treasurer, Fiona, we have been given a stand/slot for the 2 day event!

This means that we can show off our club and our sport to the public and it is an excellent opportunity to generate walk-ons and members. As well as other military re-inactment groups, other Airsoft teams/clubs/retailers and venues will be there.

But this is our turf!! So its important that we are there in strength of numbers to show that!! We even will get alotted times in the moat at Duncannon Fort to skirmish for the public, so we'll really get to show off!!! They will all see SEAC in action!

More details will be available once the committee finalise things and I'll keep you all in the loop as always.

The day out against our friends in Cork will be reset for July.

NB!! The bank holiday Monday skirmish on the 1st June will be on as normal. Those assigned to Marshal on the 31st will be reassigned to the begining of the next 3 month roster.
